What's New at IRG


IRG is excited at the launch our new website.  This website will show in detail the services IRG has to offer. It will allow clients and IRG operators secure access to all current and pertinent information, intelligence, project information, damage assessments, travel routes, deployment briefings and general operator information available 24/7/365. This will be invaluable when IRG is activated for deployment in the event of disasters and emergencies.  IRG has also teamed with Global Incident Map to create the IRG National Situation Map.  This map will is updated throughout the day to keep you up to date on the following incidents across the United States:

The map will keep our clients and friends up to date on situations across the United States.  Over time, IRG will add more topics to the map in order to insure that there is information that pertains to all of the clients we serve.

IRG will begin holding classes for the Missouri CCW Permit beginning in July 2008.  This class is open to Missouri residents who wish to obtain their Carry Concealed Weapons Permit.  IRG is creating an eight hour course that will go above and beyond the “normal” CCW class in order to insure that you get the necessary information you need to be informed about the laws and procedures that are to be followed in the State of Missouri.  For schedules, details or any questions you may have about the class please e-mail ccw@immediateresponsegroup.com.

Coming soon will also be the IRG Gear on-line store.  IRG has become a distributor for many of the products tested and used by IRG Operators.   The same items we use every day will be available to our clients and friends.  We have found many proven uses for many of the items that we use and we will share our knowledge of the products with our clients and friends.

IRG’s new Client Login will be providing government level secure access available to contracted clients on our new website.  It will be client specific with key individuals designated client executives, project managers, property management, corporate security, disaster recovery personnel having their own user id and password.  In the event of emergencies/disasters clients will be able to view project updates, intelligence, damage assessments, photographs, deployment status, current conditions and various other reports. IRG believes this will be a valuable tool for our clients to utilize in the event of a crisis or emergency, giving our clients and their associates the ability to check the current status of any situation that IRG has responded to.

In addition to the new website, and in order to meet the needs of our growing organization, Immediate Response Group LLC has implemented a new communications system. Clients, Friends and Team Members will be able to dial 1 number to communicate with IRG Personnel.  This new system will locate and notify key IRG personnel in the event that an emergency/disaster is reported.  This system will further enhance the response capabilities of Immediate Response Group LLC.

Option 1:  Accounting—Personnel at this option will be able to assist you with invoice questions and accounts payable/receivable.

Option 2:  Sales & Marketing—Personnel at this option can assist you with any questions about services and products offered by Immediate Response Group.

Option 3:  Protective & K-9 Services—Personnel at this option will be able to assist current clients schedule a search or discuss current, past or future projects.

Option 4:  Emergencies—This line is dedicated to emergencies and disasters.  This line will locate and notify key IRG personnel 24 hours a day 365 days a year by calling land lines, cell phones, pagers, satellite phones, satellite pagers as well as send e-mails to key IRG team members no matter where across the globe they are located.  This feature will give our clients a very effective way of communicating with us during a crisis.

In the event of an emergency and/or disaster IRG will have the ability to assign a dedicated line to contracted clients affected by the situation.  The line will act as a Critical Information Hotline and will be dedicated to client information and updates during emergencies and disasters while IRG personnel are deployed.  This will allow clients to call their assigned number and listen to messages recorded by IRG as updates are made available,  giving our client up to the moment updates, damage assessments, deployment information, current conditions, travel information, etc.  Specific individuals with IRG contracted clients will be given a pass code and with the pass code, the IRG client will be able to use the features of the system to contact pre-selected persons numbering from 1 to 20 and give them the ability call and/or page up to 3 numbers per person until contact has been made with the individual or group.  

Faxing to IRG during a disaster, emergency or deployment has been greatly enhanced.  By dialing our toll free fax number, clients will have the ability to send a fax to IRG team members with PC field access will be able to view the fax sent, just as if they were viewing an e-mail and they will be able to print and/or route the fax immediately.
IRG has taken network security very seriously.  We have implemented Government level security on our technology network, from our office to the field, rest assured IRG has taken the necessary steps to insure the sensitive IRG and clients’ information is kept secure.
