While the Department of Defense (DOD) has an adequate response mechanism for normal disasters, it is not adequately organized and prepared to respond to catastrophic disasters. Catastrophic disasters are of a different magnitude. State and local resources are usually destroyed or exhausted immediately, and the authorities may have difficulty determining or communicating their needs. In this situation, federal resources are needed immediately in unprecedented amounts, despite possible difficulties. Currently, the United States is incapable of this type of response.
IRG plans to spearhead innovations in the security and protection field with the creation of services such as the evaluation and testing of existing security and protection forces; monthly maintenance contracts as well as training.
IRG can also provide individuals trained in monitoring and maintaining critical facility life safety systems in absence of facility engineers due to disasters/emergency situations.
IRG has the capacity, as well as the expertise to unify and compliment existing security details and operating procedures while supplying existing forces with increased training. IRG provides testing and evaluation of current security procedures and vulnerability along with assessments and recommendations.
IRG’s first priority as a Protection Firm is to provide The Client with rapid response upon notification of Eminent Disaster, High-Threat situation or Act of Terrorism.
IRG will continue with the project and/or emergency situation until it is complete and our client is confident and secure.
